PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
When working with UVC products, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for the operator. Clothing and safety equipment must fully protect the user’s skin and eyes from UV light.
Eyes must be completely shielded. Operators should wear suitable PPE, such as a visor, to ensure adequate protection — standard protective glasses are not sufficient.
Hands must be protected with UV-absorbing gloves, and all exposed skin should be covered by gloves or sleeves.
DOSIMETERS
Dosimeters help validate that surfaces have been effectively disinfected. These color-changing indicators are designed for use with our products and visually signal when an accumulated dose of UVC has been reached.
Placed on the target surface, the dosimeter accurately shows whether a sufficient UVC dose has been received to inactivate harmful bacteria, viruses, and spores, including COVID-19.
Dosimeters are recommended for use with our units in healthcare facilities, physician and dental practices, commercial spaces, and more.

UV BULB – UV BAR
The UV Bulb for the UV BAR is a compact UVC lamp designed for professional disinfection units. It delivers nearly constant UV output throughout its lifetime, ensuring reliable disinfection and high system efficacy. The single-ended base and UV BAR design make bulb replacement quick and easy.
NB: When replacing the UV bulb in the UV BAR, use only UVCbyEFSEN 60W UVC bulbs.
UV BULB – UV TOWER & UV BENCH
The UV Bulb for the UV TOWER and UV BENCH is a compact UVC lamp designed for professional disinfection units. It delivers nearly constant UV output throughout its lifetime, ensuring reliable disinfection and high system efficacy.
The design of the UV TOWER and UV BENCH makes bulb replacement straightforward. We encourage users to carefully read the product manuals for correct bulb replacement procedures.
NB: When replacing the UV bulb in the UV TOWER or UV BENCH, use only UVCbyEFSEN 75W UVC bulbs.
