WOODCURE
THE UV LAMP FOR THE WOOD INDUSTRY WITH OPTIMUM CURING PERFORMANCE.
EFSEN UV & EB TECHNOLOGY has developed the optimal UV system for the standard flat-line wood industry. With the performance and user in focus, WoodCure offers the highest intensity, the best uniformity, the longest lifetime of bulb and reflector as well as fast and easy maintenance. Furthermore, it is easy to retrofit and often enables customers to use fewer UV systems than they currently do.
WOODCURE LAB
FOR DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF UV LACQUERS.
High-performance UV system with two 600 mm UV lamps for development and testing of UV lacquers or other types of UV chemistry. The system is easy to operate and EFSEN’s proprietary double wall design for optimal cooling of lamps. This system is ideal for lab-scale testing of larger samples. WoodCure Lab can also fitted with UV LED.
WOODCURE tabletop
FOR DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF UV LACQUERS.
High-performance UV system with two 300mm UV lamps for development and testing of UV lacquers or other types of UV chemistry. The operation of the lamps is done at an operator panel which is mounted on an external electrical cabinet. Double wall for air in and out enables better uniformity and longer lifetime of bulb and reflectors.
LT SERIES - LAB CONVEYORS

Our LT conveyors are specifically developed for use in smaller productions, development processes and for laboratory testing. The conveyors are designed for integration of any UV source, Microwave, Arc and UV LED. Height adjustability is an option and new systems can easily be adapted in the future, which means that the conveyor investment is future proof.
BUCKETCURE
For HANDLING EMPTY 15-25L Buckets.
UV BucketCure handles used buckets in the most environmentally friendly way. Furthermore, it reduces the cost of stocking and handling chemical waste. The bucket is placed in the cabinet and rotates while UV light is curing the bucket inside and outside. The cabinet must be ventilated to remove ozone and heat. Through the window you can check/verify whether the lamps are on and if the bucket is spinning.
MAXCURE
The UV lamp for label printing with optimum curing performance.
EFSEN UV & EB TECHNOLOGY has developed the MaxCure and it is an ideal UV Lamp for label printing offering optimum curing performance. It comes with a compact solid-state power supply with PLC control and stepless power adjustment.
CURING CHAMBER

For medical companies, EFSEN UV & EB TECHNOLOGY has developed the UV Curing Chamber, which can be dimensioned to your specific product needs. The Curing Chamber is ideal for laboratory purposes where the subtrate must undergo a longer cure time than is possible with a conveyor.
500-WATT UV LAMP SYSTEM
Designed for simple and low-cost UV curing.
The lamp system is ideal for built-in solutions in e.g. laboratories or for easy spot curing on-site.
The 500-watt lamp system is based on a lightweight 500-watt lamp house which is connected to a small power supply box by a cable. The 500-watt lamp house supports two reflector types to suit focused or diffused light output.
