The F600 UV System from Excelitas Fusion UV is a product of continued commitment to the development of new and improved ultraviolet curing systems that meet today’s growing demands for higher production speeds, increased profitability, enhanced reliability, and new UV curing applications.
The F600S UV lamp system has been Fusion UV’s workhorse product for more than 20 years. Reliable and solid-performing, continual updates make it an effective solution for a wide variety of industrial curing applications. This higher power output increases UV curing effectiveness, with the actual gain depending on the chemistry used. The system’s increased power stems from a number of technical enhancements to the I600M irradiator and the P600M power supply.
Key performance parameters
- The small diameter bulb combined with the elliptical reflector provides high peak UV irradiance for high-speed cure.
- Electrodeless technology enables frequent on/off operations that have no adverse effect on UV output or bulb lifetime.
- A focused elliptical reflector concentrates maximum UV energy on substrate.
- Bulb and reflector are continuously cooled with clean air. Positive air-cooling pushes air, supplied by a remote blower, through the reflector and over the bulb.
- Engineered modular design means modules can be placed end-to-end for uniform cure and controlled individually or together.
