CURING OF 20-LITre or 200-litre BUCKETS/barrels WITH RESIDUES OF UV-LACQUERS

UV BucketCure handles used buckets in the most environmentally friendly way. 

Available in 20-litre and 200-litre versions.

Furthermore, it reduces the cost of storing and handling chemical waste. The bucket is placed in the cabinet and rotates while the UV light cures it inside and outside. The cabinet must be ventilated to remove ozone and heat. Through the window you can check whether the lamps are on and if the bucket is spinning.

Advantages of BucketCure

  • The cabinet has a timer. It takes 10-15 min. to cure buckets with clear lacquers and 20-50 min. to cure buckets with pigmented lacquers.
  • Make sure that the bucket is as empty as possible. The less lacquer residue, the shorter the curing time.
  • Only buckets containing 100% UV lacquers may be used in the UV BucketCure.
  • A microswitch makes sure that the UV lamps switch off if the door of the cabinet is opened while the UV BucketCure is in operation.
