CURING OF 20-LITER or 200-liter BUCKETS/barrels WITH RESIDUES OF UV-LACQUERS

UV BucketCure handles used buckets in the best environmentally way. 

Available in 20-liter and 200-liter.

Furthermore, it reduces the cost of stocking and handling chemical waste. The bucket is placed in the cabinet spinning while UV light is curing the bucket inside and outside. The cabinet must be ventilated to remove ozone and heat. Through the window you can control if the lamps are on and if the bucket is spinning.

Advantages of BucketCure

  • The cabinet has a timer. It takes 10-15 min. to cure buckets with clear-lacquers and 20-50 min. to cure buckets with pigmented lacquers.
  • Make sure that the bucket is as empty as possible. Less residual of lacquers gives less curing time.
  • You must and can only use buckets with 100% UV- lacquers in the UV BucketCure.
  • A microswitch makes sure that the UV lamps switch off if the door in the cabinet is opened while the UV BucketCure is in function.
